So how did I begin this new challenge? I did have a good chunk of time to think about how I was going to get six pack abs since I was going through physical therapy.
My knee still felt painful at 6 weeks, I was sure I wouldn't be able to jog for a long time, much less play soccer.
8 Weeks in I did notice improvement, but very slight at that, the physical therapist said it would take years before I'd be able to run the way I used to run.. It was at this time when I realized running was no longer an option to get and maintain six pack abs.
